Sci High is a Top Six High School in the City

An open admissions policy coupled with a stong focus on rigrourous math and science education is continuing to help close the achivement gap for New Orleans students.  On Wednesday, October 11, 2011 the New Orleans Charter Science and Mathematics High School (Sci High) was awarded an SPS score of 106.4.  This is a 25 point gain from the SPS score earned in 2010.  Sci High has earned a grade of B+ with this score under the new letter grade system for the assessment of schools.  Sci High also ranks in the top six of all high schools within the city of New Orleans.

Congratulations to the faculty and students at Sci High for their hard work and tremendous growth!
